Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on customs)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping (IMPORTANT)

We proudly ship internationally; however:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our shipping rates
  • Mocha May Aesthetics is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during or after shipping
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Mocha May Aesthetics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Mocha May Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  • We are happy to assist you with tracking information if needed

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package and products

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We do not guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
