Shipping, Duties & International Orders
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges associated with their order.
- These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are not controlled or refundable by Mocha May Aesthetics.
- We are not responsible for delays, damages, or issues once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mochamayartistry@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will gladly resolve the issue.
